The Bumblebee & Silk Flowers

This project holds a special place in my journey, as it was the course that changed everything. I bought this kit alongside a class at the Royal School of Needlework, featuring a vibrant garden of flowers and a bumblebee. The bee is brought to life with the textured Turkey Rug stitch, while the garden is a mix of traditional embroidery and delicate silk flowers held in place by French knots and 3D rosebuds. I loved this kit so much that it inspired me to enroll in the Royal School of Needlework Certificate course to master more professional techniques.
